The outer layer is woven from real nito vine, hand-gathered and wrapped in the wild, then artfully reimagined by Filipino artisans into a striking web of earth-toned linework. It’s a piece that honors both nature’s chaos and human hands that know how to shape it.
Inside, soft banana fiber paper diffuses the light like mist through trees. This paper, recycled from banana trees after harvest, gives new life to what would otherwise be discarded—turning agricultural waste into warmth, glow, and additional income for local farmers.
The result is a sustainable sculpture of light—anchored in a powder-coated iron frame and finished with wooden feet, this lamp doesn’t just fill space; it transforms it. Light becomes a layered experience—textured, tall, and deeply grounding.
