Return & Refund Policy

At Shopeangee, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not the right fit, most items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused and in new condition
  • returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories
  • free from damage caused after delivery, including wear, installation, alteration, or misuse

Items sent back without prior approval may be delayed or refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • final sale or clearance items
  • custom, special-order, or made-to-order items
  • gift cards
  • items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please complete the Return Request Form at the bottom of this page before sending anything back.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without approval.

4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved for an order shipped within the continental U.S., Shopeangee will provide return shipping for eligible returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged item, defective item, or an error on our part.

For orders outside the continental U.S., return shipping arrangements and costs will be handled case by case.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your payment provider to process and post the refund.

Refunds apply to the merchandise total only unless otherwise stated.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please use our Claims Page so we can review the issue and help resolve it quickly.

To help us process a claim, please include your order information, item SKU, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined on this page.
