The Jellyfish lamp is unique and self-defined. Designed to mirror the free-swimming marine animal, the domed shade is covered in real fossilized cocoa leaves and each wrought iron tentacle grasps a single glass bead stinger. This lamp is sure to create a lasting first impression.
Features fossilized cocoa leaves that are hand placed on a standard UL lamp backing and then laminated using a non-toxic adhesive, creating each of the six sides of the lamp. The panels are handstitched onto a powder coated, wrought iron frame to form a dome shaped top. The top includes a layered series of hanging wrought iron tentacles accented with glass beads completing the jellyfish profile. The entire shade is set on a powder coated, wrought iron stand.

Super cute lamp, really unique! Took some time and effort attach the “tentacles” since they screw on with nuts and as more are attached it gets difficult to work between them. Fully assembled it stands about 5 feet and has a push button that sits on the floor to turn it on and off so you don’t have to reach up in between them. The lamp doesn’t give off a huge amount of light – and it was purchased as an accent piece – so I put a pink bulb inside that gives off a soft, violet glow when combined with the blue shade.

I bought this for my 24 year old grandaughter for her birthday. We originally saw it in a store in Galveston, Texas and she fell in love with it. I found the same lamp here and had it sent to her. She said the color is perfect and matches the decor in her apartment. Her friends always comment on it because it is so pretty.

Beautiful lamp ! Was packaged securely and very easy to assemble. Lamp color is more turquoise blue when off and more seafoam green when lit up. Thankfully, both colors worked in my color scheme. Many compliments received on this lamp.

I have several Eangee lamps. I love my geico lamp and the jellyfish desk lamp. So, I’ve been eyeing the floor lamp for a while and finally pulled the trigger. I knew the quality and craftsmanship would be similar to the desklamp and that it was. There is no assembly required aside from the post/stand which comes in two parts. Make sure you get the right wattage for the lamp for safety sake. I initially put in the wrong strength misreading it. Now it stands next to the fireplace and it is quite stunning. I ordered the blue/aqua one and it matched the desklamp perfectly. I highly recommend this lamp if you are a person who value aesthetics and works of art. This one fits both bills and give a nice ambiance too.
